- Experience of working for nonprofit organizations since 1995. In 2004, cofounded Youth Initiative „New Stream.“ In 2004, an elected member of the Assembly of Belarusian NGOs Work Group, a member of the section dealing with youth strategies in the work of the Assembly. During 2004 Parliamentary Election, chair of Partnership observation mission in the northwestern region of Belarus.
- From August 2005 to May 2007, a Muskie fellow at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. In 2006, through Robertson Scholars program, studied processes of European integration at Duke University (USA).
- Now a student of political science at EHU, Lithuania. The editor-in-chief of Westki.info, a citizen journalism project for northwestern Belarus and Vilnius.
