Kazi-uk sounds too Lithuanian to me. However, this is hardly relevant when we speak about how Byelorussians should name it. If the majority uses "kaziuki", if it comprises byelorussian language rules - it is correct. And vice-verse. Irregardless how Lithuanians call their fair.
