How Much Will He Get?

According to CEC preliminaries, Lukashenka will most probably get 85%-90% of the vote. By now more than 30% of ballots are processed.
These numbers are predicted by Br23.net.

Milinkevich called people to come to the square tomorrow at 18:30. It is cold, and some people leave.
It was just reported by RFE\RL that the crowd moved toward the Victory Square, where the candidates would lay wreaths at the eternal flame.

Supreme Court Rejected Kozulin’s Appeal

Yarmoshina’s press conference is due at 11:30.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court of Belarus has rejected an appeal by presidential candidate Aleksandr Kozulin’s campaign team to remove Aleksandr Lukashenko from the ballot, Dr. Kozulin’s spokeswoman Nina Shidlovskaya told BelaPAN.

It is impossible to get to the city center. People wait for buses and trolleys for 40 minutes. Cabbies are also afraid to go in direction of the October Square.
However, Independence Avenue is not blocked.

Siarhiej Kalakin, Milinkevich’s aide, has just announced that his candidate got 30% of votes. This means that there should be a second round of the elections.
A white-red-white flag appeared atop of the Union Palace. Snipers are seen around the square.

Kazulin Arrived

Gazeta.Ru reports that Alexander Kazulin has arrived to the square. At the moment, the approximate number of protesters is 20,000. The sound amplifying equipment has arrived and is being installed.
